If you are installing an infrared touch screen for the first time or the resolution of your computer has changed, then you must recalibrate the touch screen. The calibration method is as follows: click the "calibration" button, when the calibration interface is displayed, please click the icons on the interface in turn, the calibration interface will automatically disappear when the calibration is completed, and the data generated after the calibration will take effect immediately. If you feel that the effect of the calibration is not satisfactory, you can perform the calibration several times until the effect of the pointer tracking is satisfactory. Then press the "OK" button.
Inaccurate touch on the surface acoustic wave screen
Please run the touch screen calibration program. (Start--Settings--Control Panel--Sonic Screen Icon---Caliberate Button)
If it is a newly purchased touch screen, please try to delete the driver, and then power off the host for 5 seconds to reinstall the driver.
If the above method does not work, it may be that the reflection stripes of the sonic screen have been slightly damaged during transportation and cannot be completely repaired. You can deviate the calibration bullseye in the opposite direction (relative to the direction that deviates from the mouse) equidistantly to locate it.
If the sonic screen is inaccurate after a period of use, it may be the reflective stripes around the screen or the surface of the transducer is covered by dust.
If you are using our company's cabinet, you can open the upper cover and clean the surface with a dry soft cloth dipped in industrial alcohol or glass cleaning fluid, and then re-run the system, paying attention to the upper left, upper right, and lower right transducers not to be damaged. Then power off and restart the computer and recalibrate.
If it is another type of cabinet, please contact our company's technical department for cleaning. There are water droplets or other soft things on the surface of the touch screen, and the touch screen mistakenly judges that the surface acoustic wave screen is inaccurate due to hand touch, just remove it.
Resistive screen touch is inaccurate
It may be that one of the connections of the touch screen is not connected to the USB port of the host (take the 5V touch screen operating voltage from the USB port), please check the connection.
It may be that the serial port number selected during the driver installation process of the touch screen does not correspond to the serial port number actually connected to the touch screen. Please uninstall the driver and install it again.
It may be that the host is a domestic original machine, and the installed operating system is an OEM version, which has been adjusted by the manufacturer, resulting in non-standard serial communication and incompatibility with the touch screen driver.If feasible, please format the hard disk and install the system to drive the touch screen.
It may be that the version of the touch screen driver is too low. Please install the latest driver. Check whether there is a device conflict with the serial port resource in the host. Check each hardware device and adjust it. For example, the default IRQ of some network cards after installation is 3, which conflicts with the IRQ of COM2. At this time, the IRQ of the network card should be changed to an unused IRQ.
